I need advice on what kind of 2D model I can make on the illness Typhoid Fever for my assignment?

I'm almost done writing my paper on the Typhoid Fever, but I also have to make a 2D model on it. Does anyone have any good ideas of what I should do to make this model look appealing as well as informative? Please no nonsense answers. You could make a model showing someone ingesting the infected foods or ways this fever is contracted by the infected and then make it a step by step progression table. I would go to your local Halloween store for supplies, or a craft shop. We have Mangelsons in Omaha NE so I hope you have one out there.
