I want to cook some Cannelloni for my friends, some advice please?

I want to make some Cannelloni for my friends but cannot find a recipe that I am happy with. Please any recipes would be welcome:) I also just wondered, can I make a side dish with Cannelloni and what can it be? Salad? I would really appreciate some advice.
