This was a sting and the ';prostitute'; claimed she wanted to start a child prostitution brothel yet ACORN was still very happy to help and even happier to make her a new paying member.Where can I find video of ACORN giving tax advice to prostitute in Baltimore?
ACORN should absolutely be investigated. So far, Congress has treated ACORN with kid gloves -- so tenderly, in fact, that one might think it was Obama's firstborn child. The stench of corruption in Washington has become so widespread, I'm surprised all the voters in this country aren't gagging and holding their noses. o_O

As for the intention, I wonder if this was an act pulled off by ACORN knowing what state they are in, at least for the Baltimore case. This may well have been a well-rehearsed act intentionally done.





Consider:


1. Surreptitious recording is illegal in Maryland, one of 11 two-party states (9 of the 11 (Florida and Montana did not) went Democrat in 2004, and 10 of the 11 (Montana did not) in 2008)


2. As such, even if the videotape would be otherwise incriminating, it is inadmissible as evidence since it would have been illegally made.


3. Maryland law allows for the victim of such to sue for damages.





That law was presumably written to protect residential tenants from privacy invasion by landlords, but has a major loophole. As such, the case is going to end up dismissed against ACORN. Talk about slick.

Well, similar and far more incriminating stings have been run against EVERY Planned Parenthood facility in the USA, with EVERY ONE of them proving to be a criminal organization sheltering child molesters, and yet nothing is done about them. I fear this one will yield the same results.
