I need an advice for my new piereced belly button?

I just piereced it yesterday, and it's going alright, just a little sore. But I have a little blood around my ring, where it's piereced, and I can't seem to remove it. And the blood already dried. It's hard for me to dig in cos it's hurt. Any tips on how to get it off? Not to mention I just washed it with antibiotics soap and cleaned it. But the blood still there.I need an advice for my new piereced belly button?
