I am setting up a law firm and I need marketing advice. Any suggestion anyone?

I am setting up a law firm and I'm a bit concern about aquiring clients for the practice especially durine this credit/cash crunch.

I am currently a property specialist . Both residential and commercial and had few brokers on my book.I am setting up a law firm and I need marketing advice. Any suggestion anyone?
You are a property specialist and to set up your own law firm, you are exploring changes and business opportunities

By setting a law firm, you are using your strengths as a property specialist to capitalise on opportunities in the property and housing industries. The government and the Bank of England is providing liquidity to the industry. The banks are also increasing its capital/liability ratio and to get on with its business.

The financial and property markets should stabilised soon. So best of luck in your business.I am setting up a law firm and I need marketing advice. Any suggestion anyone?
Hi

Actually this is a good time to be a property specialist! (I am a property tax specialist and business is doing very well).

To get clients I use the Get Clients Now! system and my experience is extremely positive - it is easy to use, simple to track, and inexpensive to implement. And it is specifically designed for service based professionals like us.

Have fun.

Don't let the credit crunch get you down. It will pass and the saavy investors are out buying bargains. So get in there and start that business.

As far as marketing, keep it simple and go for Real Estate Agent networking functions and a solid website and good graphic design for your logo and print work. www.ykcreative.com has great designs and websites.

Good luck
1) Business link have some good free info on marketing your business. www.businesslink.gov.uk They will also be able to help you with marketing consultants in your area.

2) Check out the CIM www.cim.co.uk. They may have a marketing course for beginners which could help.
