i would advise that they choose a memorable event in their life - being born does not count - and celebrate that, after doing so open up a Yahoo account and take it from there.
Start off as you mean to go on. Never report anyone and never block anyone.
Speak from the heart and allow others their views.
Express your deepest thoughts, on the most trivial of subjects.
Leave no stone unturned.
Fight back when attacked. Gouge eyes out and throw caution to the wind.
If they follow these simple yet complex guidelines then a good Yahoo Q+A's to them I say.

just like moving to a new town really, get to know the local wildlife and the lingo they use, study thier mating habits and use long intelligent words when communicating with those of the same same Species, and itl all be fine lol
