Hi all any tips, advice or website to get organized and nicely plan my daily activities?

My new year resolution is to be very organized at home, go to swim at least twice a week, get organized with my papers and bills, and coordinate my kids activities to fit in my busy schedule. Just wondering if there is any website or expert advice that can help me accomplish that.Hi all any tips, advice or website to get organized and nicely plan my daily activities?
let me start by saying two things

1) making a list and checking it twice is not a good method...you most likely will never finish everything and will still have complications in your schedule (im sure you do something like this already)

2) making a list then prioritizing everything is also not the way to go. Everything you want to get done in a day needs to get done...you write that task down for the day because you feel it needs to be accomplished that day....prioritizing the task is just doing the important ones then the rest just get carried to the next and day and the next day and still doesn't get done and so on.

organizing is a lot more then just listing task and doing them...there is a way to organize your career, you home, your personal life, everything. If you are interested shoot me and e-mail @

goodluck! = )Hi all any tips, advice or website to get organized and nicely plan my daily activities?
Before bed, take out a note pad and write what you will be doing the next day. Write out everything you want or have to do, and then number them by priority. You can't wait til the morning to do this, cuz your day has started by then. Whatever gets done gives you satisfaction. Whatever doesn't, no biggy, just put it back down on your list. If you keep NOT doing something, your either procrastinating, or it doesn't really need to be done.
follow santa's advice. make a list. check it twice.

cross off things as you go through the day. it will make you feel uber accomplished when you see all those crossed off tasks in the evening.

dedicate one day a week to taking care of money matters. use a program like quickin to help you with this if you need to.
