Do you have any advice about breast implants?

I am considering breast implants. I would like to get some feedback from women who already have them. I am a small B and I will be going to a mid C. I would like to know how painful the surgery was, if you think they feel real, the cost you paid, if you are happy with your decision to get the implants, or any other information you think would be useful to me. Don't have em personally but many friends do. Yes kills after wards and they guys like the way the look and how much attention they get on the street but say they don't like the feel of them. They like the feel of silicone though, which can't be put in now a days unless it is for reconstructive surgery.
yah don't do it, it hurts like hell.
My mum just had hers done. $9500 australian. The pain was quite intense and I flew home to help her look after my sister. I asked her if she would do it again knowing the pain and allthat and she said definitly! Her confidence has skyrocketed and her marriage has improved. The pain, although intense, is very managable due to the pain medication she was prescribed. After the operation she was unable to move for a few weeks. There are all different styles you can get. She got moderate profile which are very natural looking. if you are naturally a b cup then that would prob be good for you. Mum got a c cup and wishes she had of gone bigger. Choosing where you want the incision is a big one too. under the arm is most discreet but takes longest to heal. through the nipple can be risky due to risk of losing nipple sensitivity or my mum went for under the breast. So much info to give but I hate long answers so I'll leave it at that! Go for it!!!!

If nature had intended you to have large breasts, you would have them. Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it, and it may not be what you expected. Find somebody who loves you just the way you are.
Be happy with what you got ,you were made that way for a reason, work with what you have.....
DON'T DO IT... NATURAL IS BETTER!!!

RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH. Go to the American Medical Board of Plastic Surgery website and research it and find qualified doctors in your area...And ask around for personal recommendations...Good Luck!!
i have an advice . DON'T MAKE THIS . my aunt is a scientist and she had an article about breast cancer and implants it was included in that article . once i saw at TV a girl who died from breast implants .
i dont have breast implants but i do have a large chest and you need to bear in mind all the comments you will get from people(not all nice ones im afraid) and the back pain(occasionally!) i personally think fake boobs in a c/d look very nice and if it would help your confidence and make you feel better about yourself then go for it! you can always have them removed if they are not what you want and the methods and materials are much safer and better than they used to be. pain is expected but if its what you want then no pain no gain!!

Don't get the damn implants! If God meant for you to have bigger breasts, he would have made you fatter.
NO, Please don't. You will end up regretting it unless you're a porn star or exotic dancer. if you are, you will end up regretting you're whole life anyway, so go for it.
